Raising Cane's is continuing its rapid expansion in the Golden State with the chicken chain planning to open at least seven California restaurants in the near future.
The fast food chicken restaurant currently has about 960 locations nationwide and aims to open around 600 more before the end of the decade — for a total of 1,600, the company said in a release earlier this year.
Raising Cane's opened 100 new locations in 2025 and has kept up the pace this year, the California Post reported.
The chain's expansion in the Golden State seems to have focused on Southern California.
It opened a location in El Centro — its first in Imperial County — on May 12.
At least two locations are set to open next month: In Lemon Grove on June 8 and in Inglewood on June 5.
And several other locations are set to open soon, with dates to be announced, according to the company:
