LOS ANGELES, CA — Sheriff's detectives are asking for the public's help finding an at-risk 14-year-old boy who went missing Monday morning in Commerce.
Miguel Angel Rodriguez was last seen at about 6:50 a.m. Monday in the 7000 block of Neenah Street, just west of the 5 Freeway in Commerce, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.
Rodriguez is described as Hispanic, 5 feet, 6 inches tall and weighing about 140 pounds. He has brown curly hair and brown eyes.
He was last seen wearing a T-shirt and white Jordan shoes, authorities said.
Rodriguez has no known medical conditions and no history of running away, according to the sheriff's department. His family is "very concerned for his well being," authorities said.
Anyone who sees Rodriguez or has information about his whereabouts was asked to contact Detective F. Mendoza or the on-duty watch commander at the LASD East Los Angeles Detective Bureau at 323-264-4151.
