Los Angeles Department of Water and Power crews stopped the flooding from the water main break on Rampart Boulevard, just north of 7th street around 4:10 a.m. Wednesday, LADWP spokesperson Emily Rose Oachs said.
There was no estimated time of restoration for the affected residents, Oachs added.
The flooding did not result in any road closures, according to LADWP.
