LA PUENTE, CA — At least one person was injured Sunday in a crash involving a Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department vehicle in La Puente.
The collision was reported at 10:13 a.m. Sunday, according to the Los Angeles County Fire Department. A back SUV and a sheriff's cruiser collided at Hacienda Boulevard and Temple Avenue, sending the LASD vehicle into a residential driveway, where it struck a parked vehicle.
An ambulance took at least one patient, reportedly from the SUV, to a hospital.
No further information was immediately available.
