Join us for a day of earth-friendly fun as we celebrate our annual EARTH DAY LA event!
LA Sanitation & Environment's signature event is back in full force with over 40 educational (and fun) exhibitors, City vehicles to explore, tons of photo ops, a kids zone, games, and prizes, while supplies last.
In the spirit of environmental awareness, this will be a Zero Waste event. Please bring your own reusable water bottle, and we'll provide cold, filtered water for you. We'll also provide FREE delicious meals from Savage Tacos, until we run out.
NEW this year:
- Community Toy Swap: Children are invited to bring a gently used toy they no longer play with to the Upcycled Toy Tribe booth. They will learn how to clean it at a plant-based "cleaning station" and swap it for a "new-to-them" treasure.
- Free Bike Repair: Riding your bike over? Volunteers from BikeRoWave will be available to help with basic repairs, such as replacing chains or tightening seats.
Stage performances will begin around noon with talented local entertainers, and a DJ with us throughout the day to keep things fun.
Please note, for safety and sanitary reasons, only service animals are permitted.
We recommend taking public transportation, using rideshare, or walking/biking to the event.
