GRILLED SALMON: fresh Atlantic grilled salmon, topped with an orange citrus sauce, served with chile pasilla, creamy potatoes, and broccolini
BEEF BRISKET: beef brisket that is dry spice rubbed and smoked up to 12 Hours. Served with mashed potatoes and sweet buttered corn
