JOSḖ ANDRḖS in conversation with JENNIFER GARNER on new cookbook SPAIN MY WAY

José Andrés is a Michelin-starred chef, an Emmy Award–winning TV host and producer, and a New York Times bestselling author, a pioneer of Spanish tapas in America and a celebrated ambassador of Spanish cooking. He is a renowned restauranteur and founder of the nonprofit World Central Kitchen. His newest cookbook is SPAIN MY WAY, a vibrant, exciting collection of recipes which bear José’s unique mark and proudly represents a culture where life is centered around the table. Although Andrés has made the United States his home, his roots in Spain run deep: It’s where he grew up and now spends summers with family and friends. It’s also where some of the best ingredients and most fascinating culinary techniques are celebrated every day, and as he says, it’s “where I learned to cook, learned to eat, and most importantly, learned to love food.”

Talking to Andrés will  be award-wining actress Jennifer Garner. Her work includes "Alias," "Dallas Buyers Club," and "Juno."  She is also co-founder and chief brand officer of the childhood nutrition company, Once Upon a Farm. She also serves as a trustee with Save the Children.
