Thank you for supporting Life Steps Foundation's Virtual 5K!
This inclusive event allows participants to complete a 5K (3.1 miles) wherever and whenever it works for them during the event period.
Walk, run, roll, or participate in a way that is comfortable and accessible for you.
All registered participants will receive a commemorative race packet that includes:
- Official Event T-shirt
- Race Bib
- Event Button
- Plantable seed medal that can be planted to grow flowers as a lasting reminder of your participation and support
Participants are encouraged to share photos and videos of their journey and tell us why they are walking, running, or rolling. We will be posting with your permission.
Your story helps raise awareness and celebrate the strength, resilience, and achievements of individuals with developmental and physical disabilities.
Together, we can create a more inclusive community where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.
