$26M Winning Lotto Ticket Sold In Southern California
Have you checked all of your recent lottery tickets? If you have the winning numbers, this could change your life!

SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA ā Did you buy a ticket for last weekend's SuperLotto Plus drawing, the one held on Nov. 14? You may be holding a ticket worth $26 million!
Just one ticket matched all of the numbers, including the mega number. The winning numbers are: 12, 13, 23, 31, and 36. The mega number is 10.
The ticket was purchased at an Arco AM/PM gas station and convenience store on the Imperial Highway in Norwalk.

Download the Claim Form (PDF) or pick one up at any Lottery retail location or District Office. Fill out and sign the claim form, and donāt forget to sign your ticket, too! Mail the original ticket and signed claim form (along with the Claim Authorization Receipt from a retailer, if you have it to:
