7-Eleven Robbery Suspect Sought In North OC

LOS ALAMITOS, CA — Police are seeking a suspect who robbed a 7-Eleven store early Wednesday in Huntington Beach.

The robbery was reported around 12:15 a.m. at 9502 Hamilton Ave., Huntington Beach police Sgt. Shawn White said.

"The suspect jumped the counter and pushed the store clerk," White said. "He took an unknown amount of cash and fled in an older black Honda Civic."

The clerk was not hurt, according to White.

No description of the suspect was immediately available.

Authorities will investigate if this robbery is connected to other 7- Eleven robberies in Orange County.
