Abandoned Car Discovered On I-405 In Seal Beach

SEAL BEACH, CA — A car was found abandoned in the southbound traffic lanes of Interstate 405 early Wednesday morning, officials said. Shortly before 5 a.m., California Highway Patrol officers arrived at the scene and found the white Toyota Camry, which was stopped in the number six lane near the Seal Beach Boulevard offramp. The driver was nowhere to be found, according to the CHP.

Officers closed all lanes of traffic and issued a Sig-alert while a tow truck removed the car from the freeway. No other information is available.
