SEAL BEACH, CA — A new bakery will open its doors in Seal Beach this year.
Chaupain Bakery will open its fourth Orange County location at the former Old Town Cafe spot in Seal Beach.
According to signage posted outside the business at 137 Main Street, the French bakery is expected to open late 2026.
The bakery was founded by husband-and-wife team Sarah and Sami Ellouze, who work alongside a team of bakers and cafe professionals.
"This marks an exciting new chapter for our growing Chaupain community," business owners said in Instagram. "Seal Beach holds a special place in Sarah's heart, with memories dating back to her childhood, making this opportunity especially meaningful."
The location will serve handcrafts pastries and fresh-baked breads, as well as lunches and more.
"Thank you for supporting us through every step of this journey," owners wrote on Instagram. "We cannot wait to welcome you through our doors."
