LOS ALAMITOS, CA — An annual event designed to elevate and empower Orange County women is back, after the City of Los Alamitos announced the return of the annual Elevate Women's Conference.
The conference takes place every year and is designed to inspire personal and professional growth, Los Alamitos Recreation and Community Services Department staff said.
Attendees will learn practical tools and insights designed to help them navigate change, build confidence and lead their lives with greater intention.
According to city staff, the annual event is sponsored by MemorialCare Miller Children's & Women's Hospital Long Beach and emphasizes three key components: Clarity of purpose, emotional and mental resilience and confidence in personal growth.
Pre-registration for the conference is required due to limited seating and requires a one-time payment of $40.
To register for the conference, residents can visit the Los Alamitos Recreation and Community Services Department's website.
The conference takes place from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 7 at the Los Alamitos Community Center, 10911 Oak Street.
