Both the 10U and 12U All Star teams from the Los Alamitos Girls Softball League were undefeated at the ASA "B" California State Tournament July 8-10th. Taking home First Place trophies and having the prestigious honor of producing two winning teams from the same league, the 10U and 12U All Stars will now travel to Fresno for the Western Nationals. The estimated cost to send each girl to the tournament is about $1,000. In order to off-set costs, both teams will hold the following fundraising events:
Saturday, July 23rd: Garage Sale at 12561 Montecito Road (corner of Montecito & Tigertail)
Tuesday, July 26th: California Pizza Kitchen Night (12171 Seal Beach Blvd, Seal Beach)

Donations to the garage sales are welcomed and appreciated.
Because the Los Alamitos Girls Softball League is a non-profit organization, sponsorships from any individuals and businesses are very much encouraged to assist both teams on their way to Nationals. With your support, the girls can focus on sharpening their skills and bringing their best game to the tournament.
