Angels vs. Dodgers Freeway Series Kicks Off Tonight in Anaheim

ANAHEIM, CA – The three-game Freeway Series between the Los Angeles Angels and Los Angeles Dodgers will begin this evening at Angel Stadium, the first time the teams will play in Southern California in 2017.

Yusmeiro Petit is scheduled to be the Angels starting pitcher, facing fellow right-hander Kenta Maeda.

The Dodgers and Angels will again play at Angel Stadium Friday. The Freeway Series is set to conclude Saturday at Dodger Stadium.

The Angels swept the three-game spring training version of the Freeway Series last year and won three of the four regular-season games between the two teams.
