Apartment Fire Doused In Seal Beach

Firefighters from four departments rushed to extinguish a multi-unit apartment fire on Tuesday morning in Seal Beach.

SEAL BEACH, CA — Firefighters rushed to Seal Beach's Ocean Avenue early Tuesday morning after a fire broke out in an apartment attic, Orange County Fire Authority reported. They extinguished the blaze in just 30 minutes, officials said.

Crews from the Orange County Fire Authority, Long Beach, Huntington Beach and Garden Grove fire departments responded about 12 a.m. to the 800 block of Ocean Avenue and found fire coming from a second-floor apartment and attic, according to the OCFA.

No injuries were reported and the cause of the fire remained under investigation.
