Today Monday the 23 of June this was the scene in front of the Mobil Gas station. For drivers at this time it appeared that their were no injury's but the left lane right lane was blocked by 3 plain clothes officers, a Seal Beach police car and motorcycle officer. The traffic was stopped going south bound at Plymouth Street. As a resident that lives near we did not here any sirens or loud bangs. Any one else here about wait appeared to be a fatal crash?
