Los Alamitos Parks &amp; Recreation is offering two workshops to help students plan, write, revise, and edit an essay for the Common App. Class includes instruction, examples, and peer review. <a name="_GoBack" id="_GoBack" rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank" href></a>Class held 9 to 11 a.m. at the Community Center in Los Alamitos. Date choices are August 8-12 or 22-26. $160 per session. Limit 10 students. Call 562.430-1073 to register.
