Crash Injures At Least 1 In 22 Freeway Rush-Hour Crash: CHP

GARDEN GROVE, CA — A crash on the Garden Grove (22) Freeway injured at least one person and stalled morning rush-hour traffic Monday.

The crash was reported just before 8 a.m. on the eastbound side of the freeway near Euclid Street in the City of Garden Grove, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The crash involved a white Mazda, silver BMA and silver Nissan, police said.

At least one person was injured in the crash. Their status was not immediately known.

Motorists were urged to avoid the area until police clear the scene.
