Cypress Woman Named Western Region Caregiver Of The Year

CYPRESS, CA — – Leading in-home care franchise Right at Home is proud to announce that Aleta Pesce has been named this year’s recipient of its West Region Caregiver of the Year award.

Pesce has been a member of the Right at Home family for several years, working as a caregiver in Cypress, California, for franchisees Vernon and Grace Atwood. She quickly became one of the most valuable members of the Cypress care team. Before starting at Right at Home, Pesce had an already established caregiving career, but she took every opportunity to expand her professional care knowledge and was just as willing to learn as those new to the profession.

Right at Home caregivers are nominated for the award by Right at Home franchisees. Caregivers are selected by an independent group of professionals in the healthcare industry
based on the following criteria: character, client impact, brand ambassadorship, team spirit and professional development. Pesce has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to providing compassionate and personalized care that has made an impact on both clients and their loved ones, and her commitment to going above and beyond the call of duty was mentioned numerous times.

“The last couple of years have been hard for my grandma, but Aleta understands the balance between mental and physical health,” says Sarah, a client’s granddaughter. “Aleta takes care of my grandma as though my grandma were her own mother.
