Ditch The Waste At Seal Beach City Dump Day Saturday

Residents can drop off their bulky household waste at no cost this Saturday.

SEAL BEACH, CA — Do you have a load of junk taking up room in your garage? The City of Seal Beach, in coordination with CalTrans, is hosting a Dump Day on Saturday where residents can drop off bulky household waste free of charge.

At the event, CalTrans staff will be onsite to collect household items that are too bulky for residential garbage bins, such as mattresses, furniture and trays, according to a city news release.

Residents can drop off their waste from 9 a.m. to noon, or until capacity is reached.

The Dump Day event takes place Saturday, Sept. 24 at the city's Public Works Yard, 1776 Adolfo Lopez Dr.
