Are you interested in staying fit? Our class is for men, women, friends & neighbors. Learn how to breathe deeply, stretch, spend 15 min. walking to the beach. There is a section on low impact Aerobics & toning using weights, bands or the balance ball. There are also sessions on Yoga and relaxation. You will need a Mat, Weights and a Balance Ball. We promise you a fun-filled hour while keeping your whole body fit. Class begins promptly at 9:30 A. M with a short Spiritual Meditation.
