Japanese and other kites of all sizes and colors will fill the air north of the Seal Beach Pier. There will be a kite workshop and games for children, Japanese food and cultural booths, 50-by-100-foot show kites, a taiko drum performance, a candy drop, kite battles and stunt demonstrations.
