The annual Seal Beach Art festival includes about 85 local painters, sculptors, jewelry makers and other artisans who display their handmade creations in Eisenhower Park near the Seal Beach Pier. The faire runs from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday & Sunday.
