Families In Need Get Christmas Surprise, Thanks To Seal Beach Police
Seal Beach Police officers teamed up with Target and the Seal Beach Police League to give gifts to local families in need.
SEAL BEACH, CA — Seal Beach families in need received the Christmas gift of the season, after the Hero's & Helpers event took place Wednesday.
The event is put on annually by the Seal Beach Police Department with the help of the Seal Beach Police League and the local Target.
According to a SBPD news release, the annual event helps underserved youth shop for gifts for themselves and their families.

"Not only do the events make the holidays brighter for these kids, but they also help strengthen relationships between youth and public safety officials," the news release said.
