Victim Discovered Outside A Westminster Home: Hit & Run Or Homicide?

WESTMINSTER, CA — A man was killed Monday on Walt Street in an incident that is either homicide or hit-and-run, police said.

The victim, whose identity has not yet been confirmed, is a man in his late 30s who was found in front of a home in the 6500 block of Walt Street, said Westminster police Commander Kevin MacCormick.

Police were called about 5:30 a.m. about a possible hit-and-run, he added.

Though the victim was discovered in the driveway of the Westminster area residence, police were investigating whether the collision was a hit-and-run or homicide.
