Fire Damages Old Town Seal Beach Restaurant: OCFA

The fire was reported at 10:41 Monday morning in the 200 block of Main Street in Seal Beach.

SEAL BEACH, CA — A building was saved by Orange County firefighters this week, after a fire was reported in Old Town Seal Beach Monday morning.

The fire was reported at 10:41 p.m. Monday in the 200 block of Main Street inside a Seal Beach seafood restaurant.

"Firefighters from Engine 44 found smoke showing on their arrival and upgraded the incident to a working fire," an OCFA statement read. "Crews initiated a search for occupants and an attack on the fire, isolating it and preventing its extension."

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
