Get Screened For Free At Health Expo In Seal Beach Saturday
Seal Beach residents can expect free demonstrations, screening and kids activities at the annual Be More Healthy Expo.
SEAL BEACH, CA — The 16th annual Seal Beach Be More Healthy Expo is set for Saturday, and residents are encouraged to get out and be a part of this all-ages celebration.
The annual celebration promises to engage, entertain, educate and empower residents who attend to make the best health-conscious choices for their lives.
The popular event features health-related businesses, nonprofits, senior organizations and fun for children. In addition, exhibitors have an opportunity to offer a variety of free health-related screenings and demonstrations to the public.

The event is held every year by the Seal Beach Chamber of Commerce. Residents interested in attending were encouraged to walk to the event or make use of the city's beach lot paid parking.
The 16th annual Seal Beach Be More Healthy Expo takes place from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, May 20 at the Seal Beach Pier. Admission is free, and the public is encouraged to attend.
