Home Invasion In Seal Beach; Cops Seeking Suspects

A Seal Beach home invasion robbery has police seeking two suspects. Here is what we know.

SEAL BEACH, CA — A home invasion in Seal Beach Monday has police seeking two suspects according to authorities. Video of the men thought to be responsible for the robbery gone bad is visible on the Seal Beach Patch Facebook page.

"On Monday at approximately 4 p.m. two suspects broke into a home in the 1100 block of Seal Way in Seal Beach," Seal Beach Police Department Sergeant Mike Henderson said.

During the break in, three adult male occupants were tied up and the suspects ransacked the home, Henderson said.

The suspects threatened to have a gun, but no gun was ever shown according to reports from the scene.

"A safe was stolen from the location and the suspects fled in an unknown direction," Henderson said.

The first suspect is described as a male, Hispanic, 5’ 11”, wearing a white shirt with a hat on backwards. There is no description for the second suspect.

The Seal Beach Police are seeking the public’s assistance with the investigation of this crime.
