LOS ALAMITOS, CA — The Orange County Registrar of Voters completed their counting of 1,668 precincts. Of the 1,535,967 registered voters less than half precinct ballots were cast in the 2016 election, a total of 25-percent of registered voters weighing in on their national, regional and city wide elections.
