Los Alamitos Cops Tip Parents On Dropoff Safety
The LAPD offered these tips for dropping off and picking up your child from school safely. Especially around Oak Middle School.

LOS ALAMITOS, CA β We're back in the routine of dropping off and picking up students from elementary and middle school, however traffic congestion continues to be complicated according to Los Alamitos Police Officers.
"The return of students to school creates a number of areas requiring extra police attention, until parents and students become accustomed to the schedules and ways to mitigate the impact of traffic upon their morning and afternoon commutes," Los Alamitos Police Department said in a recent social media release. "Detectives helped patrol on the first day and had the opportunity to welcome many of the students."
