Man Arrested After Attempted Break-In At Seal Beach Home, Police Say
The suspect had a history of prior burglary and prowling arrests, according to the Seal Beach Police Department.
SEAL BEACH, CA — One man was arrested after he tried to break in to a residential home in the City of Seal Beach, the Seal Beach Police Department reported.
The attempted break-in was reported on Monday, April 17 at around 2:44 a.m. in the 900 block of Heron Circle, Seal Beach Police Lieutenant Julia Clasby told Patch.
Once at the scene, officers requested help from Cypress Police Department's K-9, and a drone was deployed. The suspect exited the home once the K-9 officer arrived to the scene and was arrested without incident.

The homeowner told officers that they did not recognize the suspect. The suspect also apparently has prior arrests for burglary and prowling, Clasby said. He was not further identified.
