Missing In OC: Man, 73, Last Seen In Westminster: Silver Alert
Authorities issued a missing persons report for the senior after he was last seen Sunday, Feb. 12 in Westminster.
WESTMINSTER, CA — Authorities sought the public's help Tuesday in finding a 73-year-old man after he was last seen the night of Sunday, Feb. 12 in the City of Westminster, the California Highway Patrol reported.
In Hwan Cho was last seen at around 11:30 a.m. Sunday at the Church of Love in Westminster, according to a statement issued by the Garden Grove Police Department.
Cho suffers from dementia and is need of medication, the statement said.

He is believed to be on foot and wearing a dark grey sweater, black T-shirt, dark blue jeans and black shoes, authorities said.
He stands at 5 feet 6 inches and weighs roughly 160 pounds. Cho has white hair and brown eyes.

Residents who have seen Cho were asked to call 9-1-1 or 714-741-5704.
