Missing In Orange County: Have You Seen John?
Authorities asked for the community's help in locating a 77-year-old Cypress man who was reported missing June 29.

CYPRESS, CA — Authorities asked for the public's help Tuesday in locating a 77-year-old man who was reported missing on June 27, the Cypress Police Department reported.
Cypress resident John Sturgis was last seen in front of the Cypress Senior Center, 9031 Grindlay Street, at roughly 7:45 a.m. June 27.
Sturgis is a Black man who stands at 5 feet 10 inches. He weighs 180 pounds and has black/gray short hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black and white Adidas shirt, blue sweats and blue athletic shoes.

While Sturgis is fully functional and knows where he lives, authorities said he was recently diagnosed with early-stage Alzheimer's disease, police said.
