Party With Police At National Night Out In Seal Beach

Residents can tour the Seal Beach Police Station and enjoy games and activities during the National Night Out & Open House.

SEAL BEACH, CA — Seal Beach residents, prepare for a National Night Out with the men and women behind the badges at the Seal Beach Police Department this Friday.

In honor of National Night Out, the Seal Beach Police Department is hosting an open house celebration to bring the community together for games, activities and more.

National Night Out is a night out of the year set aside for communities across America to come together and take a stand against crime, drugs and disorder in their neighborhoods, according to a City of Seal Beach news release.

The free community event will feature:

  • Station tours.
  • Petting zoo.
  • SWAT and K9 demonstrations.
  • Bounce houses.
  • "Crops with Cops" community garden.
  • Use of force simulator hosted by Artemis Defense Institute.
  • Helicopter arrival.
  • Hot dogs and chips, provided by Seal Beach Lions.

The National Night Out & Open House takes place from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Seal Beach Police Station, 911 Seal Beach Boulevard.
