Pin-Ups, Veterans and Vintage Fun at Historic Tiki Landmark

Pin-Ups on Tour is thrilled to be back at historic Tiki-culture landmark Don The Beachcomber on June 27th for a show featuring entertainers that have formerly served in our nation’s armed forces and patriotic showgirls performing to help raise funds for award winning nonprofit Pin-Ups for Vets and their work with hospitalized veterans. Adding to the line up, The Veterans of Comedy will be performing fresh off of a 20 day tour entertaining our active duty military personnel and their family members in Africa, Iraq, Kuwait, UAE, and Afghanistan.

As part of our mission, Pin-Ups on Tour has donated dozens of tickets for active duty and veteran service members to attend this event for Free. Our goal is to recreate the magic of the Hollywood Canteen that operated during the 1940’s as a club offering dancing, drinks and entertainment for servicemen, usually on their way overseas. The evening will feature dancing Pin-Ups, Comedy, Variety Acts, Soulful Lounge singers, raffle-ticket selling beauties and more than a few surprises! With entertainment & atmosphere around every turn, guests will feel like they stepped into another era.

Since our first event in 2014, our organization has been able to bring over 2,500 people together to support our troops, has been able to donate over 750 tickets back to our Veterans and has been able to entertain close to 600 Active Duty & Veteran Service Members in our nations VA Hospitals. In addition to providing quality entertainment for veterans, our productions have raised almost $12,000 to help support Pin-Ups for Vets Morale Boosting Mission.
