Palates and Palettes is the Center’s series of wine and painting. These classes are modeled around the popular Pinot and Picasso classes; everyone brings their own bottle of wine to enjoy with their evening of painting.
The classes are led by our senior Teaching Artist, Chris Scardino. Each class is loosely based around a theme, such as Picasso style painting, landscape paintings, or still life, to give everyone an easy place to start.
You bring your wine and snacks, and we provide the materials and canvas! Each guest is provided with a 16x20 canvas (which you get to take home!), paints, paintbrushes, and a painting lesson. All you have to do is show up in your painting gear, bring a bottle of wine, and enjoy yourself for the night. Come share this experience with us and release your inner artist.

The theme for the class on Thursday, May 22 is Pinot and Picasso. Learn to paint your very own Picasso style painting, or steal bits of Picasso and invent your own style by playing with color, shapes, and depth. Join our class with a friend, mom, dad or relative...anybody and paint their portrait. Or feel free to bring in your own image to paint.
