Reducing the Risk of Falls and Injuries with Pilates, and Qigong for Seniors

Part one includes a series of Pilates based exercises designed to improve
strength, balance, agility, and coordination.
Part two will be lead by Kristi Lynn, an
expert in Qigong (pronounced chee kung), an ancient Chinese system of easy-to-learn mind-body exercises designed to restore harmony and
balance to body and mind.
