Rossmoor Woman's Club Scholarships For LosAl's Graduating Seniors

Graduating seniors at Los Alamitos High School can apply for scholarships through Jan. 14.

LOS ALAMITOS, CA —The Rossmoor Woman's Club women are once again offering scholarships for graduating seniors. Approximately eight to ten seniors will be chosen for the honor, a spokesperson for the club tells Patch.

During the coronavirus pandemic, the Rossmoor Woman's Club scuttled plans for their two largest fundraisers: the Spring Garden Tour and the Holiday Home Tour. Their Holiday Bazaar was also canceled. Still, they are moving ahead with their annual promise to share scholarships with local high school students with a need for funds as they head to college.

Each Rossmoor Woman's Club scholarship amounts to $500 to $1000 per student, based upon both need and academic achievement.
