Santa Is Coming to Town
The annual Seal Beach Christmas Parade is Friday bringing a merry band of 17,000 people and a series of street closures.

Nearly 17,000 people are expected to crowd Main Street Friday for the annual Seal Beach Christmas Parade.
Once again, the city’s biggest annual event will have a small-town feel with local scouts, little league teams, and Lions Club members marching down Main Street. The parade starts at 7 p.m. Visitors are advised to come early as parking is scarce. Main Street and some surrounding streets will be closed to traffic during the parade.
Correction: An earlier version of this post included the wrong start time for the parade.
