Thunder Booms Over Seal Beach As OC Coast Gets Light Showers
Showers, thunder and lightning were indications of a storm brewing in coastal North Orange County.
SEAL BEACH, CA — Seal Beach residents can expect to experience thunderstorms, rain showers and lightning this evening as a storm brews in Huntington Beach, officials said.
The thunder and lightning started on the Seal Beach coast at roughly after 4 p.m., with rain showers soon following.
While there is a chance of stormy conditions dissipating overnight, the National Weather Service forecasted a 20 percent chance of rain through Tuesday night and light winds and dense clouds.
