Good Tuesday morning surfers, I'm Surf Junkie Jeff with your Los Alamitos-Seal Beach Patch surf report. Well, it's not looking like a good day to grab a surf session. Yep, there's hardly any swell and the weather is looking a little unstable which could cause those conditions to deteriorate at some point during the day. Most spots are starting off fairly clean, with a little texture on it at some spots. We've got a tiny mix of leftover west northwest and southerly swells in the water. That recipe is making for some weak little dumpy lines, with a few that might get you going on a longboard. Most Seal Beach spots are hanging around ankle high, with a few knee-high waves coming through. At 6:10 this morning the tide dropped to a 1.6 low which will have many breaks desperate for water early on. The tide then pushes back up to a 3.3 high at 11:44 later this morning and then drops again to a 1.4 low at 5:33 this evening. If you're really in need of a salt water bath, throw on at least a 3/2 full-suit and possibly the booties, with the water temp hanging between 56 and 57 degrees. Good luck out there!
