We're seeing fairly clean conditions with mostly south southwest swell in the water. That's offering some fairly weak lines with a few that'll get you going. Your best bet is probably a log or an SUP.
Most Seal Beach spots are hanging around ankle to knee high with the top spots pulling some waist high plus waves.

At 11:11 later this morning the tide drops to a 1.9 low and then pushes back up to a 3.0 high at 4:32 this afternoon.
If you're going to get wet, throw on at least a 3/2 fullsuit and possibly the booties, with the water temperature averaging between 56 and 58 degrees. See ya in the water!
