Witnesses Sought In Fatal OC Crash That Killed 1 Teen, Injured 3
Authorities are searching for witnesses in the investigation of a crash in Westminster that killed an 18-year-old woman.

WESTMINSTER, CA — Police Friday sought the public's help with their investigation of a crash in Westminster that killed an 18-year-old woman and left three seriously injured.
Orange County firefighters were called to the scene near Westminster Boulevard and Rancho Road a little before 9:40 p.m. Tuesday, authorities said, and found the car "teetering" on top of the concrete barricades over a trench in a construction zone, MacCormick told the Orange County Register.

The victim was identified as 18-year-old Jayda Jean Feeney, according to Orange County Sheriff's Sgt. Scott Steinle. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
A chain-link fence held the vehicle back from going over the edge into the hole, he said. The driver, 18-year-old Jayson Raymond Otto of La Palma, and the two remaining passengers, a 16-year-old girl and a 17-year-old girl, both of Huntington Beach, were taken to trauma centers and are in serous condition.

Police say it is unknown if alcohol or drugs played a role in the cause of the collision.
The department's Traffic Division is investigating the cause of the collision. Anyone who may have witnessed the accident is asked to call Sgt.
