WESTMINSTER, CA — A 32-year-old woman accused of killing her boyfriend in Westminster made her first court appearance Thursday to face a murder charge.
Ashley Deeanna Charnley is accused of killing a man at about 8 p.m. Sept. 27 in the 13000 block of Goldenwest Street, near the Garden Grove (22) Freeway, police said. The slain man's name has not been released.
Last week, police put out a call for help finding Charnley, who was wanted on a warrant in the fatal stabbing. Charnley was arrested Tuesday and was being held without bail, according to jail records.
