Woman's Body Discovered In Garden Grove

GARDEN GROVE, CA — A woman was found dead behind the wheel of a car in Garden Grove on Sunday, authorities said.

Police were alerted to the presence of the deceased woman just after 9 a.m., Sunday morning, on the 12300 block of Magnolia Boulevard, according to Garden Grove police Lt. Rich Burillo.

There was no indication of foul play but the cause of death will have to be determined by an autopsy performed by the Orange County coroner's office, Burillo said.

The woman's name was withheld pending notification of next of kin.
