August Home Sales Stable, After Last Month's Dip

In Los Altos, a total of 27 single family homes and eight townhomes/condominiums were sold in Los Altos. Twelve houses were sold in Los Altos Hills.

After a drop in sales in the previous month, home sales in Los Altos and Los Altos Hills were stable in August, with a total of 47 homes sold.

Last month, a total of 27 single family homes and eight townhomes/condominiums were sold in Los Altos. Twelve homes changed ownership in Los Altos Hills. They range from a 6,000-plus-square-foot, gated estate in the hills being that sold for $4.85 million, to a half-million-dollar, two-bedroom condo in downtown.
