Below Market-Rate Rental Program Available at Colonnade In Los Altos

News from the City of Los Altos:

Colonnade Apartments in Los Altos will have 17 below market rate (BMR) apartments available for very low and low income households.

Below Market Rate (BMR) Rental Program Application Deadline: July 17, 2015

A drawing will be held to select the households for the available BMR units. Applicant selection will be determined by a City adopted priority ranking system. To be included in the lottery, a preliminary application must be completed and submitted prior to the deadline shown above.

Preliminary applications can be completed and submitted online. You can also download an application and submit it in person or by certified mail to the Office of Neighborhood Housing Service Silicon Valley at:

1 bedroom = $923
2 bedroom = $1,033

• Low Rent Limits

1 bedroom = $1,561
