Santa Clara County Supervisor Margaret Abe-Koga invites all District Five residents to a Virtual Budget Workshop on Wednesday, May 7, from 6-7PM on Zoom.

During the month of May, the Santa Clara County Supervisors will be deliberating on the County's $13.6 billion budget for Fiscal Year 2025-26, which begins July 1. The May 7 workshop aims to inform and engage the community before the County’s budget hearings on May 12–14.
At the May 7 Virtual Budget Workshop, the District Five office will:
- Provide an overview of how the Santa Clara County budget is structured
- The budget timeline
- Processes for the Board's determination of priorities

Later this month, budget hearings will be held at the Board of Supervisors Chambers, 70 W. Hedding Street, San Jose, CA 95110, on the following dates and times. You can attend in person, virtually through Zoom, or watch via YouTube.
- Monday, May 12 at 1:30PM – Budget Workshop
- Tuesday, May 13 at 1:30PM – Continued Budget Workshop
- Wednesday, May 14 at 1:30PM – Continued Budget Workshop
