LOS ALTOS, CA – As the City of Los Altos ponders park amenities and inclusion of dogs at sites, officials are seeking the input of the community in an online survey.

According to city staff: "There are currently 11 city-owned parks/nature preserves in the City of Los Altos. "To accomplish this, the Commission would like to gather input from both the dog-owning and non-dog- owning community on the possible inclusion of dog-friendly amenities and policies within the parks. Regardless of dog ownership, the Parks and Recreation Commission would like to hear the public’s thoughts on this topic."

Residents' answers will aid staff in community desire and concerns regarding dog activity in Los Altos parks.
